Don't bother with this merchant. Went through Topcashback site, and made sure all terms and conditions were adhered to. Even though they acknowledged a booking had been made they still refused to pay. Usually use IHG, will stick with them in future.

I have made several bookings now through topcashback with Hilton Hotels and on each occassion being very careful to ensure I meet any terms or conditions of cashback for this merchant. Not once has the transaction appeared without my having to submit a claim and not a single claim has been honored, despite topcashback having the tracking information,on every occassion Hilton have not honored the cashback and no reason ever provided. Just don't bother with this merchant.
