Why haven't I received my PayPal?
Once we process your PayPal request (often the next working day), we'll send you an email. After this, your cashback should appear in your PayPal account almost straight away. This may take longer if you request a payout on a weekend or Bank Holiday, or if we are in high demand.
Why can't I request a payout by PayPal?
Some retailers only allow cashback to be withdrawn through Bank Transfer, not PayPal. If this applies, it will mention this in the retailer's terms on their Topcashback offer page. If you have cashback from more than one retailer, you can click 'Withdraw part of my cashback' to split your payout.
Do I have to pay PayPal fees to receive my payout?
No, it's free! PayPal has agreed that members won't pay any fees for cashback payouts.
