Why haven't I received my cashback yet?

Firstly, it unfortunately takes quite a while for your cashback to reach us - and therefore for your transaction to become payable (see link below) - so we are most likely still waiting to receive your cashback ourselves. We estimate when your transaction will become payable on your account Earnings page > tab 'Cashback by Date' and also on each individual merchant's page.

Once your transaction has become Payable, you need to request a payout.
