Why haven't I received my cashback yet?

Cashback takes some time to reach us, so your cashback may not be payable yet. The retailer sends this over to the network, who sends it over to us to then give to you. You can check the Estimated Payable Speed on your Earnings page.

Once your cashback is payable, you'll need to request a payout.
