Why has one of my claims been resubmitted to the merchant whilst another one hasn't?

Different merchants work with TopCashback via several different affiliate networks. Some Affiliate Networks are happy for us to resubmit claims – whilst others will only accept new claims.

We may, therefore, be able to resubmit some missing cashback claims but not others.
