Had many purchases declined by Groupon, of which I don't have the time currently to chase and raise a ticket about. This shouldn't be the case, it should be a smooth easy process and it clearly isn't. Their customer service is much the same, and I am making a point of not purchasing as much from them for this reason!

Fed up of waiting for cashback to be paid by Groupon! Orders are honoured but the cashback is still due from months ago I am not happy!

Groupon dont honour cashback, i bought several items from groupon and pretty much all of them have been declined for no valid reason.

Terrible experience with Groupon each time ordered with them, even had to raise a case with paypal for one purchase, Groupon didn't want to know
