I would leave zero stars if i could, purchased a tent.. have the tent and reciept from Go outdoors and they decline the cashback.literally no point in attempting to gain cashback from them.. POINTLESS

Really poor customer service. Their payment system messed up and their customer service manager took no ownership, blamed Topcashback for their own failings and hung up on me. Will never use again.

I should have recieved £19 cashback as I diligently followed their rules. I did not recieve any cashback so all I can say is avoid.

Bought my jacket with GO Outdoors because they were showing 20% cashback. In reality I got 10% back. Would have bought elsewhere if I had known I wouldn't get the full amount. Jacket was no longer a bargain.

I purchased goods from Go Outdoors through Top Cashback but the amount showing on my account as owed to me is nil. I have asked this to be looked into but at the moment I am not impressed with Go Outdoors who have had my business but don't seem to want to pay me what is due.
