	Only get cashback sometimes. On Click and collect items, they need to process correctly, my cashback has sometimes been cancelled as they believe I havent collected.

	No Cashback Received I've bought a couple of items from this retailer, always followed the T&C's but somehow always declined! From other reviews it appears as though you either always get it or never get it, no real in-between. Weird!

	I didn't qualify for cash back as I collected my item in store. There wasn't an option to pay online prior to collecting so I had to pay in store.

	I've been ripped off twice by Go Outdoors for the same transaction. I created a reserve and collect order for a couple of items, totaling £24, for which the cashback of 80 pence tracked quickly as pending. Collected the order the following day, and when I got home, I noticed that I had been charged full price for an item that had been listed at a lower price- £2 overcharged at the till.... Now, 3 days later, the cashback has gone straight from pending to declined ! I think I will definitely be visiting the store again to demand the difference that I was overcharged, and won't put myself to the trouble of trying to get cashback in the future.

	Neve get cashback I have never managed to get cashback from this site. May be user error, but after many years on TCB and over £4000 saved I don't think so.

	Liars This company keeps declining my cashback saying I cancelled the order or returned the item which I categorically did no such thing. They are lying to get out of paying a tiny bit of cashback for no real reason. I have the tracking number and the item months later so why they are lying I do not know.

	Tracks but doesn't pay 2 transactions a couple of months apart tracked fine as would be expected as all the correct procedures were followed, (been doing this for a while). Both declined. This has happened before in the past. I buy from them online as the nearest store is 40 miles away and doesn't always have the stock. Next time, I'll wait until I'm in the area anyway and chance it.
