	Declined two transactions for no good reason. A very bad cash back experience. Their products are good but go elsewhere if you want cashback.

	Hey, I am sorry to hear your cashback has been declined. This would either happen because the terms and conditions of the offer were not met - e.g voucher code not on our site was used or a delivery made was delivered to outside the UK. Another common cause could be that we were not the last referrer in which case the commission will be awarded elsewhere. Please remember to lodge a claim for anything that has been declined that you didn’t expect as we’ll then try our best to get you either the declined reason or an overturned decision.
