If you are happy with the price offered, you can either post your watch to Goldsmiths or take it to one of their showrooms for it to be inspected by manufacturer-approved experts. When it comes to receiving your payment, you can opt for cash, gift cards or part exchange if you want to buy a new watch.

If you find any pieces from their collection of jewellery & watches being offered at a cheaper price elsewhere, they will match it.

The competitor's product, be it a diamond ring or eternity ring, must be identical in terms of brand, colour, size and model number, and be being offered by a national authorised stockist. The competitor price may be online or in store, providing they have a permanent physical store within a 20-mile radius of a Goldsmiths shop.

Products sold by online only retailers are not eligible for a price match, while the competitor's item must be available for immediate purchase and delivery within 2-3 days.
