Ok rate of cashback and quick payout, although did have to chase when declined within a few days. Products from Garden Trading are nice - a little on the pricey side for the quality but sometimes find it hard to find anything similar elsewhere.

Declined cashback even though met criteria
Declined cashback for no reason. Raised a dispute and after several months they still wouldn’t give top cashback an answer so instead topcashback honoured the agreement to me instead.

Garden Trading sell some lovely items but do not expect to get any cashback after you make a purchase. I placed a large order ( ~£280 ) expecting 10%. After placing a claim ( yes - the site visit was recorded by topcashbask ) I have been told that they are not paying out as 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'.
That's the problem here, is they can come up with any old cobblers about cookies and channels and we have to accept it. They avoid paying.
I can assure you dear reader that I have successfully been using topcashback for a number of years and i have NEVER had a problem before. Click through from the website to the merchant and make the purchase. Simple as that. I have made a large number of purchases through the site and EVERY other vendor has paid out. All except Garden Trading...
