Fast on some purchases but still waiting for them to accept I bought a Nintendo DS off them before Christmas. Still awaiting the onset of that. Otherwise a decent retailer but when ordering a case I was sent the wrong colour. They refused to send another until they had the wrong one back, even though I showed proof of postage AND it was their fault! A minor black mark against them, but otherwise worth looking at for all games AND you can return items to their stores (wish I had!). Finally got the right colour case BUT after Christmas. Never mind.
