How can so many people have problems claiming Cashback from Gamestation and they get away with it?
Surely Gamestation should be removed from the list of merchants until they improve their customer service with the cashback claims?
I am now into my 3rd month and still waiting for a small payment.

Delivery of the goods may be quick but expect to wait a very, very long time to claim even the smallest amount of cashback. The company may be quick at taking your cash but they do not appear to want to pay any back to you.
Coming up to 3 months for mine and still waiting!

I found this company a bit ' Hit and Miss ' with tracking (TOPCASHBACK sorted it out for me after I put in a manual claim) apart from that they are excellent to deal with, keep you updated and fast delivery.

submit a 'missing claim' form. It eventually appeared and I should have been paid by 31.12.09 and it still hasnt been.
