Deposited £20, expecting £20 bonus. I spent my deposit and my bonus didn't appear. Called them, unbelievably they wanted me to deposit another £20 to get my bonus as their T&C's state that if the bonus doesn't appear automatically then to call them. Totally unreasonable.
My cashback better be paid out...

My cashback hasn't tracked either so have lodged a claim. No doubt it will be rejected. These gambling sites should not even be listed on TCB if they are not willing to pay the cashback due, which a lot of them clearly aren't judging by the reviews they receive. I didn't lose any money on their site luckily but I won't be signing up to any similar deals like this.

DO NOT USE!!! Cashback didn't track, put a claim in, after waiting several months I was informed that they would not pay out as they "could not identify Topcashback as the last referrer". Utter rubbish, I used their site through Topcashback, they simply don't want to come up with the payment. Avoid like the plague, plenty of other gambling sites that offer cashback and actually pay.
