	Amazing idea purchased a box of sweets as a Wedding Anniversay gift and loved how you could personalise it by uploading a photo. So uploaded a photo of the happy couple. Will difinately purchase more from Funky Hampers in the future as they have great gifting ideas.

	I ordered from Funky Hampers over a year ago and still not had my cashback, even though I keep sending regular nudges, this has tainted my experiences with this company, and I am reluctant to use their regular emailed vouchers for further cashback, until this is resolved!!

	Tracked promptly but at wrong rate - funnily enough the lower one! Have lodged a claim but I don't hold out much hope of it being resolved based on my experinces with them so far. Customer Service is awful - slow response/no response to emails. Did not email me to give delivery slot from courier as promised on the website (cost extra £3) - said they would chase it up with courier but still no response. NOT recommended - go elsewhere is my advice. I would not use them again.

	The worse experience ever, I ordered a funkyhamper on the 9th of Feb I paid more for the pack to come the next day, the next day I got an email and text saying that its delayed, as you can image I was not happy at all, on the 15th of Feb I actually got it after a lot of emails with the custormer service, so my other half opens it and they actually got the order wrong! disgusting!

	TOTAL SCAM!!!! Took my money but I never recieved the order, they then just ignore my emails which is the only way to contact them. I have since read other reviews and this has happened to lots of people. they are a disgrace!!!!

	Used this supplier Christmas 2012 and had no problems. Christmas 2013 is another story! They have changed the online ordering process slightly. I ordered two different gifts (ordered and paid for them separately) going to two different names/addresses and they sent both packages to one of the addresses I had given them, even though I replied to both of their confirmation emails with the different names and addresses in each. I have tried and tried to get this resolved but to no avail. Their customer service is appaling! They told me that's the address they received and so that's where they sent both items. I resent both confirmation emails which clearly showed the two separate orders going to the two different names/addresses and asked what they were going to do about it and they have done absolutely nothing! No apologies, nothing. They just keep sending me the same email stating that's where my order was sent. Despite one of my friends not getting their Christmas present on time, I am now out of pocket as I had to go and collect the package from my other friend after Christmas and get it delivered by the Royal Mail costing me a further £12.92. Not impressed is an understatement!!!!!!!!!!!!!

	Ordered 5 hampers for Christmas delivery to various addresses in the UK paid in November over £201.00. Nothing delivered awaiting refund...hope it will arrive. No response before Christmas only contact call centre..REsponse from Funky Hampers today apologizing and saying money will be refunded in next 2 days await.. will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN...

	Recipient was delighted with the gift (flowers and chocolates). Only slight disappointment on my part was the gift was delivered a few days earlier than requested. Otherwise, problem free transaction and would use again.

	I have no complaints about this retailer at all. No problem with cashback or products and they gave me a £3 blanket discount whenever I shopped last year. Haven't used them yet this year but they have sent me a £4 discount to be used in January.
