Final update- still not payment but have taken this up with TopcashBack and they have udated the claim to payable for me while they pursue this with the merchant.
I will not be buying from this company again as there are other garden suppliers that are much better with their payments.

First time with this Dutch company. Cashback tracked quickly. There was a delay in the bulbs arriving- due to wet weather their end- although you cant plant them to September anyway so it didnt really matter. They kept me informed with emails- in english- and I received the bulbs last week. I see that the cashback has now been confirmed so I wait to see how long before it becomes payable.
Would certainly use again as their prices and cashback were good
