Cashback tracked in under 24 hours, however, it was a slight disappointment as it appears that it is only paid on the non-VAT purchase price (i.e. purchase price / 1.2).
That said, the purchase price was good as was post-order e-mail confirmations.
Cannot comment further on the purchase as it is on 3 to 4 weeks delivery, so I now just have to wait.

Just writing to confirm that cashback is still on the ex-VAT price only; as the price was the best anyway I can't get too upset about it. Cashback appeared in my account within 12 hours. I haven't taken delivery yet so can't comment any further.

The first missing cashback claim was lodged in April 2012. Had been sending nudges ever since with no response. Only just got a repy to say that the purchase value and date entered was incorrect and claim was therefore declined. This is absolutely rubbish. Not happy at all!
