I would be very careful before using this organisation. They gave me a policy and when details came through they had missed claim details - I put them on the original quote (although they insist I didnt. This meant I had to additional premium - which made them totally uncompetitive. Make sure you pring off your quote details before you submit you agreement to go ahead.
But Steer Clear to be honest. Dread to think what it will be like if I make a claim.

Took out insurance in Feb2010. Failed to track. I realise there is a waiting period of about 60 days but it is now july 6th and nothing. The insurance cover wasnt as comprehensive as I had expected and ended up costing me more as I had to change things later (on line form wasnt specific enough) . Dont bother

Hmmmm. I got home insurance with Hastings in April & it didn't track. I've put in a manual claim and now I'm waiting for the merchant to respond. Hopefully TCB will sort his out for me - they haven't let me down before so fingers crossed. Although by reading other comments my optimism is fading a bit!.

Extremely cheesed off with this company, clicked through in January but their website took me to "Insure.co.uk" now neither company is taking ownership of the problem. Be warned. Hastings Direct say it is nowt to do with them, Insure say I should take Topcashback to trading standards. The whole thing stinks and when you try and cancel the policy the cancellation charges are excessive so like I say be warned. I would not use Hastings or Insure again.

Finally had missing claim rejeced after 10 months. No actual reason given. Very disgruntled with this merchant and would not recommend them to anyone. Insurance wasn't even that cheap - only used this merchant for the cashback. Will not be using them again!! 1 star rating would be too generous!

Do not bother, cashback not tracked, waited 3 months, still nothing, then couldn't continue with manual claim for cashback as claim time had elapsed. Could have got cheaper without cashback.

Took out home insurance in January, still waiting for cashback, no acknowledgement of my transaction whatsoever despite two complaints. I could have got the insurance much cheaper elsewhere if I had known. Do not use this company.
