Cashback Rejected - Compliant Claim lodged
Similar to everyone else the £6 cashback has been rejected. I have logged a Compliant with TopCash for them to investigate - will take a few months. I would suggest others to do likewise so Topcashback can see the problem and take the appropriate action. I will look else where next year.

Cashback Declined-no reason-Would give NO stars if I could
Declined cashback, Eversure cancelled it, despite me meeting all the criteria. We actually needed to make a excess claim too on the policy. Took quite some time to pay out, as they wanted invoices from the repairer. I was dealing directly with a car hire company, I don't know who they used to repair the car (it was damaged whilst parked on a road, wing mirror knocked off by someone who did not stop!) Despite providing evidence that I had to pay a huge excess to the car hire company, they kept failing to pay out..eventually they did settle the claim, but it was far from easy and I would not recommend them.

Don't pay out
As previously mentioned by other clients they don't pay out despite meeting all the criteria. I made 2 individual purchases with them but they canceled the payout on both purchases. Avoid them if you want to see cashback.

Scam
Despite fully complying and clearing all other cookies etc, this retail just refused to pay anything claiming falsely that the referral was given to other....
Clearly, my experience is like some many others with Eversure and that the one thing you can be sure is - that the won't pay anything.

Eversure, declined the cashback payment for a January 2024 car rental journey booked via Topcashback. So I am going to try the competition, maybe they will work better ... Its a pity since Eversure seem a good company.

Refusing to pay - don't use
Wish I'd read these reviews prior to trying this company. As with all the others, they have refused to pay out giving the excuse that they paid an alternative marketing channel. I shudder to think what they'd say if I actually tried to claim on the insurance.

Cashback declined saying I never went through Top Cashback yet Top Cashback tracked me there. looking at the other review it would appear I'm not the only one. The small amount of cashback is not the point it's the principle and i will look elsewhere for my car hire excess insurance policy in future..
