Terrible
I rented an automatic car from Drivlia through them. When I went to Drivalia to pick up the car, the staff told me that the car I rented was manual. The confirmation email indicated that it was automatic transmission, but the staff ignored it and asked me to pay extra to upgrade. I then complained to enjoy travel but they were very slow in handling the complaint and only relayed Drivalia's explanation. They said that I was not charged for the upgrade but the extra cost in the booking was for the protection cover I took out with us.

Reliable cashback
