	This was my first purchase from Electrical123. The item was a good price, they offered free next day delivery, and it actually arrived within the two hour slot that they said it would! Great. The cashback tracked quickly and was payable within 2 weeks. You can't ask for any more than that. I will use them again.

	Excellent service for Electrical 123. Cooker ordered on the Sunday, delivery selected for Tuesday. Received a text the evening before detailing the delivery slot. Couriers arrived spot on the start of the allocated delivery slot. Packaging removed to enable a visual check of the goods. Price was also the cheapest on the cooker bought.

	purchased a tv which was cheapest I could find at the time. Great delivery times and good communication. Cashback tracked within a day and payment pending about 8 wks later so not too bad. Would definately but from here again

	I ordered a tumbler dryer Tuesday night. It was delivered Thursday. Cashback tracked on Wednesday. Price was the cheapest I could find and the speed and cashback speak for themselves. Delivery was excellent. As good as John Lewis. Two blokes turned up, unpacked and took away the packaging. The only thing one could moan about is that a higher rate of cashback would be nice :-) but they are on a par with other companies.

	This is a top quality website. I ordered a Smeg integrated Dishwasher (at a bargain £259) to replace a 6 year old Bosch one (that cost me over £600). I ordered lunchtime on the Thursday and it was in my house by 8.00am Friday, LESS than 24HOURS!! and delivery was FREE!! With 5.23 cashback too how can you not be impressed!!

	Had a brilliant experience with this retailer, cheapest price on a good spec dishwasher (cheapest by over £50). Free delivery within a 90 minute time slot. Excellent service, friendly delivery guys, unpacked the dishwasher and even took away the packaging. Cashback tracked very quickly. Will definitely be using again!!

	A pleasure to deal with. Ordered on the evening of the 2nd and booked a delivery slot for the morning of the 10th as we were moving house on the 9th. Received a phone call and email on the 9th advising me of the 1 hour time slot in which the item would be delivered, and true to their word it arrived on time. Delivery guys very helpful and took away all the bulky packaging. Recommended.

	Brilliant service! I have bought two items from Electrical123 and I have not been able to find either for cheaper online. The free delivery is excellent; you are provided with the ability to select your preferred date and they even send a text or email the night before with a designated 90 minute delivery slot! Fantastic!

	I ordered a bluray player listed as in stock,paid and had a delivery date.It did not turn up,online tracking showed it was re-scheduled for the next day.Fair enough it was busy xmas period.But it did not show next day.Has no communication from E123.I had to ring them to find it had been lost at the national hub,or so they said.At this stage I needed it for xmas day and there was no chance of getting it.I requested a refund which I am still waiting for 9 days later,and went out to a physical shop to buy the player.I beleive the player was never in stock.Steer clear they are useless.I got no apology on the phone and spoke to a complete numpty.

	Ordered a Husky Stella Artois fridge on the Wednesday evening before Christmas. Delivered by lunchtime next day. Twenty pounds cheaper than Comet cashback as well. Delivered to my door without need to drag it in and out of car.Delivery man even put it in the garage for me where it will be sited. Product dropped one star because of a small dent in side of fridge but nothing noticeable and certainly not worth sending back. All considered an competitve price, delivered with excellent service.

	Couldn't believe the price of the Asus Eee Transformer 32Gb + Keyboard that I ordered on Weds 23rd Nov 2011. Figured it was probably ex-display, maybe the box would be damaged or possibly opened; was willing to take the risk for the price. Was also sceptical about the promise to deliver next day. How wrong I was! Arrived midday next day in absolute perfect, unopened, never-before-touched-by-human-hand condition. I don't know how you do it for the price that you do, but I have and will continue to recommend your store to family and friends. Cashback was just as fast as delivery.

	Good service and product, no delay to cashback. Spoke to them on the phone before ordering through Top Cashback and they were very helpful. Had to pay for a satuday delivery (£10) as they only delivered in my area sat and two other days in the week, which i could not do that week. Saying that delivery was bang on time and the delivery men were friendly, polite and helpful. I would use 123 Electrical again for sure.

	Ordered at the weekend. Goods received early on the Tuesday morning. Requested delivery to my friend's address. For security purposes, I received a telephone call to clarify why the delivery address and my card billing address differed. Cheapest price found on the internet for the item I bought & cash back registered practically immediately. A1 service - will definitely buy from them again
