This supplier offered between 2.02% and 4.04% but took the VAT off first and then paid the lowest percentage. What con artists! Will never use this company or Top cash back ever again, took months to get a response.

Extremely Bad After Sales, Customer Services & Returns Policy (Cowboy Traders)
A Moulinex blender I purchased from this company developed a fault within 8 weeks. My other-half called them to arrange replacement & they refused but offered repairs. The Director/Manager makes the decision on how/what has to be exchanged, repaired or refunded. He gave some silly excuses for his decision. This item was sent to them at our expense & we didn't get it back, close to 21 days later.
10 -12 weeks later, the same fault re-occurred. Contacted them, the Director/Manager took over the call & asked me to pay, yet again, for a new blender, if I'm desperate. He can only refund money for the faulty blender later but that will not, will not happen, as in money will not be with me for another 3 weeks. I insisted, the refund, be done immediately. He said, he did but I'm not sure if it has been done or not. Unfortunately the confirmation email does not make things any clearer.
I think it is very poor to treat your customers in this manner. I will never recommend any body to this company neither will I advise anyone to risk purchasing from them. They will do everything to try & not return money or make exchanges for/on faulty products.

Another scam retailer, if they are only prepared to give cashback on the excluding VAT purchase price then they should advertise the same, I was torn between two merchants to buy the same product from, I opted for this merchant because it was to have worked out fractionally cheaper to do so, it transpires that I have been scammed having been short changed on the cashback!

Made my order in January, and it's now August - and still no cashback, not even tracking. Pretty disappointing. The radiator we received is very good, but wasn't our first choice. That was out of stock - but Electric shopping.com didn't bother telling us until after we had waited for it to be delivered.

My item, despite showing as 'in stock', was never delivered (although the money was withdrawn from my account immediately). I checked the website almost daily, but wasn't any the wiser. After 11 days the website said that my 'order on hold' - I was still not notified by email. Eventually, after several emails, I changed my order to a more expensive product, which was delivered the following day (yesterday). Hopefully I will get a refund of my original payment without all of the drama.
