Product arrived after several days. The courier service they use was a nightmare. They gave me a day of arrival, then did not turn up. Next they told me the item was unable to be located in their warehouse, even though they had sent me a message 2 hours ealier that it was on its way. Several other "mistooks" as well! The item then turned up one day, and purely by chance, someone was at home. A good, well priced product. Company was let down by its courier.

Cash back tracked very quickly, ordered on Saturday and delivered on Tuesday - got a query with product as recipe book which was supposed to be enclosed with the grill is missing and the instruction manual looks like a poor photo copy - product itself seems ok though.
