have reported the transaction but waiting a long time for confirmation and payment. the booking was ok but the actual product was not realistic as flights were booked for onwards flying from kilimanjaro but the onward flight had left 1 hour a go.

Not impressed - If your thing is to convert cash back from eDreams into Avios points, stop here !!! for some bizarre reason, eDreams cashback can't be converted into your preferred Avios partner (BA Executive Club or Avios), once it reaches 'Payable' state those options aren't available and a sod message is shown next to them stating: " Payment option not available because : Cashback from eDreams UK cannot be withdrawn via this payout method. You may be able to use this method if you do a 'part payout', by splitting your payout by merchant in the first step."

Initially flight prices were the cheapest I'd found but in the price breakdown an admin charge of £10.85 per person each way was added then taken off as discount, only to be added back right at the end of payment process when I used Visa debit card. The discount is only applicable when using Visa Entropay. Also hold baggage charge is more than on Ryanair website. It was cheaper to book direct through Ryanair even factoring in eDreams cashback.

Very disappointed with this merchant as I have used them on two occasions, the first time cash backed declined no reason provided, the second still waiting almost six months, find it hard to believe they are considered by Topcashback as "Faster Paying"!

Unlike a number of other reviewers, I was pleased with the service of eDreams in terms of booking my accommodation and the fee shown on site was what I paid. However, the cashback didn't track and my claim was denied due to an "invalid order number" despite the fact that I still have confirmation emails from eDreams with that number on them! If buying anything via this merchant i'd bear in mind that there's a very good chance that you won't get any cashback, so make sure you're happy with the price as is.

READ THESE REVIEWS! A narrow escape. I chanced upon eDreams when checking kayak. Thought I was onto a winner when I saw the cashback available on TCB... but it seems like the initial cheaper price is bumped up something chronic at the very last stage. Shifty behaviour and not one that'll get my cash - despite the headline prices.

very unhelpful Spanish based company, getting in touch with customer support is extremely hard and when you do they are not interested in rectifying their mistakes. Also cashback took over 1 year to become payable after several nudges by TCB.

Hopeless company i wish i didn't book anything with them I have booked flight to Turkey on 12th Aug, edreams sent me the normal emails confirming my flight - at this point all ok, few days later the Turkish airline sends me email saying they cancelled my outbound flight on that day, got email from edreams as well with options to change the flight 1 hr later than before, so i thought this is ok i can accept that - not big change, did it on their website, but they haven’t confirmed it, they said i had to wait 24 hours before i get confirmation - i did wait, no email confirmation, went on Turkish airline website to check if there are flights on that particular day from the airport i chosen, there was none - so edreams just not sending any confirmation at all, but how can they when there is no flight available - like normal panicking traveller i tried to contact edreams to discuss change of my flight or refund but i can't get past the stupid automated system they call it customer service help "Krish" or something like that. really very annoying and difficult to plan anything as they will speak to you 7 days before your flight - which doesn’t make sense because i can see there is no flight from that airline on that day - i have other bookings that is linked to my travel date, and i am really worried at this point. i am going to raise dispute with my credit card company, but it looks like all the big companies are abusing this corona virus period, and they think they can get away with the way they are handling bookings. i will strongly suggest not to book with Edreams ever - if you booking flight only go straight to airline provider.

I wish I had read some of the reviews before I used this merchant because the experience was terrible from start o finish. During the booking process I had issues with their website and the price on the date changed after I made the payment. I always take screenshots whenever I'm having issues with a website. Although I had proof of their website error this did not help me and the customer service was a nightmare. After nearly a week of phone calls and emails to them I ended up paying nearly £150 for a flight that should have cost me less than £50. Didn't even get the full cash back! I won't be using eDreams again.

Booked a very expensive hotel and was due £26 cashback. My claim was refused as it could not be tracked even though I had an order/confirmation number. Avoid this company.

This has to be one of the worst online experiences I have ever had. Customer service is dreadful and once paid I found the total had gone up because of conversion rates. Avoid.

I advise you to use the airline's website of your choice directly. No need for edreams or any other website. Their ultimate goal is super mythical profit with no remorse nor regret. And above that, costumer service staff are arrogant fascist stuffy beings. I've been waiting for them to refund my ticket since 28/01/2014 because of a strike in Paris airport. The airline company refunded the ticket on edreams account and still no transaction is made on my account till the very moment. Needless to tell you about customer service attitude and call costs to "disfornicate" my situation!!!!!!!!

AVOID. Unfortunately i didn't read these reviews and got taken in by their 'cheap' prices. This is a scam. I received three emails showing three different amounts and checked my credit card account to find they had debited me twice! I have managed to block one of the payments as they did actually book a flight which I have checked. TCB please remoce this company!!
