A two piece order from this seller was put through in early February. The first part arrived after a couple of days. The second piece I knew would take a while (Wii fit board) After recieving an email on 8/3/10 saying the Wii had been despatched I waited the 21 days before chasing it up. One phone call was answered the other two were not and these were on a premium rate and placed on hold!. Several emails also remained unanswered. I finally recieved the Wii a few days ago, today being 19/3/10 having still heard nothing and not having been advised that the board had been (re)despatched. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We shall see about the cashback.

Further to my WARNING comment of 12/03/2010, I have now just received my battery order 16/04/2010. I had given up either seeing the batteries or getting a refund. As yet no cashback has appeared for this retailer, although I have sent a enquiry to Topcashback. Can only hope!
Again in addition I wish to point out that the company Photoglossy seems almost to be a sister company to Directfoto. I took a chance and ordered my batteries from that site without problem. I received the batteries and the cashback entry was also generated. I will not be using this site again and suggest you do the same.

This retailer will charge your card upon placing an order, whether they have the item in stock or not. Stock levels are not displayed on the website. You will not be able to get through on the phone and if you are lucky enough to receive a reply to an email, they will simply fob you off. They are based in Gurnsey and UK Trading Standards do not apply, there are only very limited (and expensive) legal sanctions available.

don't trust that seller , its nonsense never trust i bought item last month i m not received yet it, nonsense i dont know why they doing business if they dont full fill customer order, never trust .... never bought .... never trust.... never bought

Not a good experience with this company -
Order placed and acknowledged on 27 Feb, and credit card charged. No goods delivered and no response to emails on 8 and 11 March. Finally received refund on 27 March after sending recorded delivery letter demanding refund.

PLEASE BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY. I have had excellent business with them in the past, however I placed an order 27th Feb 2010 for some batteries and received an acknowledgment.
The payment was deducted 1st March, but so far I have not received my order or received any reply to my email enquiry about the order. This in addition to their order review screen being 'temporarily unavailable' makes me very suspicious. I wonder if the orignal comany has been taken over? I will update if I receive my order.

Merchant is a waste of space. Offers to despatch within 48 hrs of ordering however the merchant uses drop ship and relies on supplier. No email acknowledgement of order and unable to log onto account due to continuing updating of their system.
Telephone lines continually busy and advising to call back.
Only good thing about this merchant is that they have geographical telephone number which can be used with call packages.
