They simply don't payout. I've had four policies, all declined, and claims on this merchant cannot be investigated! nothing top about that. Great advertised rates, but pointless if they never pay them :-(

I would leave no rating, if that was possible. They have withdrawed a genuine cashback tracking and as it was over 100 days, I could not contest it. Plus 9/10 times I have to put a missing claim in to be able to get the cashback and it takes me 6 months for it to clear.

Cashback was £138.60 but never tracked and never paid out andthis is the only reason I took out the policy. Feeling like I have been robbed and Direct Lines attitude is well cancel your policy if you don't like it. AWFUL SERVICE

I want to give Zero stars. Avoiding payout and didn't track. I've bee wait 5 weeks now. My advise would be avoid use another that has good reviews and isnt to good to be true. Happy to update when i get cashback.

I give them the benefit of doubt but they are taking a long time to track and especially the payout. I wonder whether they will eventually pay the cashback.

Have been waiting for cashback to even be acknowledged since 11 Jan 2016. Very slow process, but a big cashback amount I guess.
