Got the full 100% as advertised
It's a shame others here haven't received what they should've done! It worked fine for me and I don't think it took very long to come through. I wouldn't necessarily have chosen CyberGhost had it not been for this offer but it does what it says on the tin. I like that they have an option to appear in the UK with settings specifically for using BBC iPlayer.

Terrible
Had a claim open since August 2020, Cyberghost never settled it and was closed until TCB covered most of it as goodwill. 3.5 years and they refused to pay a penny.
