The good point is that you can get cashback from switching to any provider, other comparison services (eg. energyhelpline) cannot switch to all providers they compare, so therefore cannot reward you for doing using them.

Above relates to the confused cashback rather than topcashback or the supplier that I switched to which went well. Transaction tracked fine but at zero and never changed... don't hold much hope of seeing anything from this merchant.
