They decline
Don’t expect to be paid, everything tracks perfectly but they don’t pay the generous amount offered. I ordered at the same time as 2 family members and all three transactions have been declined for no reason. Reading the reviews this seems normal

Took more than 4 months to receive cashback
It took a very long time to receive the cashback, I had to contact the team to enquire about it. The cashback is good but compared to other offers it might be not worth your while.

Cashback is still pending since 29 June 2024
I placed my order with Community fiber on 29th June 2023. Order activated on 20th July 2024. Cashback is still pending on 14th week. Considering that people signup for 24 months contract with no way out, they should be a bit more efficient with their cashback process.
