I did a click and collect at comet and when arriving to the store to collect they did not have my order details. They made a new order out which ultimately means the system did not report my cashback correctly. Please be aware when you click and collect.

I purchased a fridge from the company but the cashback is tracked as nil. I have opened a dispute but have still not received a response. I am really unhappy that it is still outstanding.

Tracked and paid out on Click and Collect orders. On one delivery order, transaction tracked but payout mysteriously became zero, chased up and was eventually rectified.

i went through top cash back to buy a washing machine from comet but then comet rang me and said something had gone wrong with their computer system so they reordered over the phone, which unknowing to me then the discount i was suppose to recieve from comet which was £12.00 was deducted from my cashback account which i dont feel is fair as it wasnt my fault they had to reorder, so i am dissapointed.

Initially tracked and stated that claim was pending (only £7.62), now showing as tracked and £0.00 payable. Not good service. Avoid Comet.

All cashbacks initially tracked correctly. But then 3 out of 5 turned payable 0.00. Includes both delivery and collect in store. Will no longer trust comet to pay up. Be wary.

Can't judge Cashback experiences yet. Because of repeated problems I am having with TCB I have taken to submitting Manual Claims "On Ice" for EVERY transaction with TCB if nothing is showing up within 24 hours (while I can still accurately recall dates/times for the session cookies etc.!)
IF this one shows up of its own accord I will obviously remove it from the Manual Claims list, but frankly I'm not expecting it to as, from my perspective at least, TCB have real problems with tracking anything these days.
