Used several times but had one TCB claim turned down,,,After experimenting ensure that the promotion code in the Columbus site has TAGTCB defaulted in, if theres another code there it invalidated your claim.

My cashback has been declined. They claim that the sale went through another source, and they do not have to identify that source. My cashback would have been nearly £20.
Very disappointed with this, and I will not be using Columbus again. I know that I used Topcashback to connect with Columbus and no other cashback or comparison site.
Poor show Columbus.

I purchased travel insurance from Columbus on 30 July 2010. Two and a half month later (and my holiday now a distant memory) the transaction has still not tracked, despite a manual claim and 2 nudges! As the expected cashback was over £7 I am not too pleased and shall avoid this company in the future.

good price travel insurance. Easy to navigate website with different options available to suit your own needs. I have used Columbus a couple of times but have not yet made a claim so can't comment on that side of things. Good cashback though.

Tracked within a few hours, had policy documents emailed to me within 1/2 hour. Columbus were recommended on a few travel forums and they covered my needs, inc pre-existing medical conditions with no extra cost.
So far would recommend!

Good value travel insurance with the bonus of not putting up the premium massively as my husband has a pre-existing condition (epilepsy) and they also cover holidays which were paid using Tesco Clubcard Vouchers and Airmiles.
