As a lifetime Co-op supporter, indeed my father worked for them for 25 years, I have to say my experience of them on Topcashback has been shocking. I purchased home insurance on 30th Jan this year and yet nearly 9 months later it is still pending and not even confirmed. I have chased the payment through the correct channels but no response has been received from the Co-op.My insurance is still in place and the year will be up in a couple of months. Obviously I will not be renewing with the Co-op and can only advise truthfully on my experience to avoid the Co-op at all costs. Terrible !

Although I have supported the CO-OP nearly all my life and indeed my Father worked for them fo many years their speed to acknowledge my cashback after taking out my Home insurance is a joke. Its over 6 months and still nothing even though my policy is still going. Honestly avoid using CO-OP at all costs.

Took insurance out in June and still waiting for cashback six months later very poor would never have taken out the insurance if i had known this was going to happen as factored the cashback into the price of the insurance.

Took out pet Insurance in February 2015 (!!!!!). It is now nearly May 2017, over two years later - the cahback has been confirmed for a lomg long time, but still staes that it will be another 26 weeks until payable. Numerous nudges to CS - all they say is we're sorry. Advice would be that Co-op are avoiding the cahback payout - look at all the recent reviews. TCB should boot this lot off their site. Looks like cashback unlikely to be paid. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Co-op Car Insurance taken out Aug 2015 & STILL WAITING APR 2017 for my cashback even though its been confirmed!!! How can the Co-op & Topcashback allow this? If yo click on Co-op insurance they state 'Co-op Insurance believes in being fair and honest, putting customers first' !!!! Again how can Topcashback allow them to blatantly lie & continue to mislead? Avoid at all costs - they don't deserve 1 star. Totally disgusting.

Renewed my car insurance back in January 16, a year on and still waiting to receive the promised cashback. 26 weeks was the estimated time frame, 54 weeks have now passed..!

Took out my car in surance policy over 8 months ago and still awaiting payment - ironically the information box on the transaction still shows estimate payable after 26 weeks...clearly not!

I took out a pet insurance policy in January 2016. It is now January 2017 and the cashback is still on pending. I have been assured that this is still being chased but Co-op have yet to pay out. Read other reviews on other sites, Co-op are terrible for paying cashback. AVOID. I have even contacted Co-op who are blaming the cashback site.
