	Taking months to get cashback. They request the insurance number in format different from what we have in papers. Avoid!

	Waited 26 weeks says it's payout has gone to my bank on the 10th Jan 2020 now is 29th Jan 2020 still no money in my bank topcashback just says I need to wait longer ????

	Completed the insurance request form and then clicked on request quote form only to then be forwarded to a page stating 'system error'. What a waste of time! Will not bother with Co-Op again.

	Took out buildings and contents insurance in March for the £50 cashback, it is November now, so disappointing, especially from a company who believe in being fair and honest and putting customers first. I have been a loyal customer for years. 20 weeks tracking time you say, well 8 months so far, my business will go elsewhere next year.

	Purchased insurance in January, now mid September and no sign of pay out. TCB just say they will pass on when they receive it.
