Cashback never tracked. I put in a claim and was unsuccessful. My 'save the dates' were delayed a two weeks as the printer had broken and the customer service was not good.

Do not track, I have used them twice and both times had to put in claims for missing cashback. Very slow in then confirming and moving to payable. One of the worst Topcashback merchants I've used.

Used the brideandgroomdirect.co.uk website to order wedding invitiations. Cashback tracked, took a long time to be confirmed and then a long time to be payable, but eventually went through! Can recommend their products, quality is excellent.
