	Topcashback should stop this link As everyone has said, Brewdog will find any excuse not to payout. Topcashback should consider closing this link, it's damaging their reputation.

	Declined cashback yet again I won't bother with Brewdog anymore. You'd think that, as their bars are tanking profits, they wouldn't want to annoy customers by declining all claims. And yet that's what they seem to do the whole time.

	Pointless using Cashback - don't waste your time Tracks but they decline every time finding a reason (use of discount, sale items, quantity discount. They need to reconsider how they handle cash back as it's actually annoying customers rather than making them more appealing. I won't be ordering from them again.

	Declined on valid transactions Used to track and pay within a month, but recently no movement for 6 months on tracked transactions. Then all (except 1?) declined at the same time without a valid reason

	Rubbish - cashback declined on legit purchase Bought a bundle off Brewdog at Xmas and cashback sat pending for over 6 months only to then be declined without any explanation.

	Have to lodge a missing claim every time I have yet to place an order with Brewdog and have the cash back automatically appear, I have not got into a routine where I place the order and then a week later raise a missing cashback claim and then wait weeks/months for it to be processed. I want to stress this happens on every single order.

	Didn’t payout and when chased up said I didn’t meet qualifying terms. When chased for missing claim, was apparently told I didn’t satisfy their terms. I think I did clicked through topcash back and paid there and then. They have now lost a customer as I won’t purchase with them again. I’ll use a proper brewery. Unfortunately I have to use a star but would rather not give them any

	No longer tracking and cashback being denied Over the last few months Brewdog orders haven't been tracking. After submitting through the manual claims process they are returned as 'terms and conditions are not met' Very disappointing as I've made several purchses and submitted all relevant info asked with order numbers etc.

	"Terms and Conditions have not been met" Seems to be a glut of these reviews lately so I'll add to them. Purchased via TCB as always and didn't track with no reason provided apart from a generic worded statement that "terms and conditions have not been met". Sounds like a cop out for we don't want to pay and we'll hide behind this generic excuse.
