	Bit of a disgrace really. Decided to by an expensive Bose product as I saw a strong deal on top cash back. Naturally they have claimed I didn’t visit the website to make my order even though this is simply not the case. Won’t be ordering from the Bose website again. Might just return the product and order through Amazon instead

	Beware. I have been waiting for over 7 months for cashback from this merchant and others far longer. Buy your Bose products from elsewhere as you are unlikely to receive any cashback from this merchant directly.

	Don't buy from Bose directly! Great products but terrible cashback service. I've been waiting over 15 months for cashback and still no sign of payment. AVOID!!!

	Despite contacting Bose twice about 'missing' cashback the two people I spoke to were not aware that Bose was offering cashback and had never even HEARD of top cashback. I've given up.had never heard

	Hey, Often Customer Care teams who work for a merchant are not aware of the cashback process because although we call it cashback, it is actually the commission we receive for referring you to make the purchase.
