Took several weeks longer than TCB estimated to become payable, but at least it paid out - I see Bennetts currently averaging 2 stars, due to many unresolved claims. Personally, I find them better than my previous insurer Devitt, who have been the only merchant I have not received a cashback payment from after a much more convoluted claim process. Bennetts Insurance also better value even without the cashback.

My cash back was declined, even though I purchased the bike insurance and still have the product. This is the first cash back to have failed . I shall return the Hastings Direct on renewal who seem to have no problem with cash back.

Must warn other people-cashback experience went ok.However,be warned:-I sold my bike,advise them of this but nothing heard.Received a renewal notice,told them again but nothing heard.They then took the renewal premium from my bank account without my authority.It has taken nearly 3 months before premium refunded and they won't admit they have done wrong.So think twice when your insurance is due for renewal.....

Took out the insurance in September 2009, £20 cash back has just appeared in my account over 2 years later. I had given up on insurance cash back as none seem to honour it but maybe sending a nudge does work, just takes years not months.

Tracked no problem, then went to declined. Raised a claim, declined without explanation. Not impressed with Bennetts

I purchased bike policy with bennetts.It took months and months and I never got cashback.Then I got e mail to put new unpaid claim.Which I had done already,so I was being told to wait another 90 days ! I emailed to explain I had already done that.Eventually got investigated and bennetts said no cashback !! Even though the purchase had tracked and had record of payment ??!!!

Bennetts insurance was cheapest, but Cashback never paid, in spite of pursuing a claim. Have waited over two years and finally given up. Don't rely on cashback.

I did everything to the letter, and was still rejected for cashback after tracking ok for 90 days. The terms do state that recurrences are limited, but as this was my second claim that seems harsh!

I ran two quotes - one through TCB, and an identical one direct with Bennetts. the TCB quote was significantly higher than going direct, and even with the cashback the cost was quite a lot higher if I had gone through TCB. So, if you want to save money, go direct! Like others, my Statement of Facts was also changed along with security features etc once it came in the post. I corrected it online by email, and also by surface mail, and they STILL got things wrong or missed information out that I gave them. No doubt this is to ensure that any claim I may have will fail as I haven't disclosed material facts, but I kept evidence of the information I sent them and the Recorded Delivery receipts to ensure that in the event of a claim I will have a legitimate argument. This is one of those cases where it really doesn't pay to go through TCB! Needles to say, I won't be renewing with Bennetts next year.

literally got nothing! And the company are also a sham... awful way of dealing with customers. had to take details of an accident twice as nobody bothered to log it. DON'T BOTHER
