They track quickly. They will definitely payout as well, albeit slowly because Topcashback only looks after their paying customers.

Dont Waste your time! was expecting £7 back from TCB, had to pledge a missing claim and the merchant said it was another agent referral ~ rubbish!

Had to raise a claim as it didn't track only to be told months later that Benefit allocated referral to another company! I am extremely careful when it comes to clicking through to sites and believe Benefit have short changed me!

Terrible - charged twice for same order. Struggled to get money refunded (still not been refunded). DO NOT USE - IF YOU NEED BENEFIT MAKE UP GO TO BOOTS DO NOT TRUST THEIR WEBSITE

benefir produccts are good quality.
I've bought from Benefit a few times, but have never received cashback. They say a third party has been involved on every occasion. I put tickets in but still they aren't paying out.

Had to chase tracking only to be informed that they believe a third party was involved outwith TopCashBack.
Do not trust, as topcashback was the only linked website used.
