I will not trust, nor purchase, from Bedstar again. This was the second time I had bought beds from them, each time costing over £500. My claim for £30 in February 2011 was finally rejected by them in March 2012. The reason given: something to do with TopCashBack not being the last referrer. As a pretty expert computer user, I'm well aware of clearing caches/cookies, etc, and I KNOW that this was a genuine purchase via TopCashBack (who did everything they could to try and get this money for me). Shame on you Bedstar. You've lost a good past (but not future) customer.

Ordered Sept 12, an expensive bed at $750. The actual order/delivery process I cant fault. HOWEVER the cashback hasnt tracked, a claim has been put in, all the evidence is there etc. I am not hopeful of getting the cashback. The cashback was the only reason we ordered from them, and chose to spend so much. I wouldnt use them again purely for this reason. It seems to be a common problem, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

Like others on TCB, I'm wondering why Bed Star continue to be listed as paying cashback. Ordered bed, etc from Bed Star early July 2010. Whole transaction completed via their website, which was accessed via TCB. Total value of transaction was £510.00, so should have been eligible for £51.00 cashback. Cashback (of £51.00) tracked without problem, and from what I remember, reasonably quickly. Then in early August '10, the cashback was set to £0.00. Manual claim raised with TCB, and regular nudges sent. After another recent message to TCB, I finally received a response yesterday from TCB that Bed Star are steadfast in refusing all submissions regarding my missing commission, stating that "enquiry unsuccessful - Transaction not fully completed online". I don't understand this explanation - especially as the transaction initially tracked. So another customer who has not received the cashback they were expecting from Bed Star. Other users of TCB should be aware! No gripe with the guys at TCB who I'm sure have done their best over almost 1 year to get my cash. However, I do think they should have a serious look at this retailer, consider how many claims are being rejected, and whether they should really be listed on TCB. Oh, by the way, no problem with the actual service, quality of bed, etc., from Bed Star. Just a shame they don't honour the cashback that is advertised.

Whilst the cutback tracked quickly I am utterly appalled by the quality of products supplied by bedstraw. The bunkbed were chipped and their slats were mouldy. When we tried to put the double bed together the pre drilled holes did not line up making it impossible. Both are being returned. Avoid

Absolutely rubbish! Every high value purchase made through topcashback has come back "Top CashBack was not identified as the last referrer to this transaction" It's like going to Tesco, using your Clubcard and then getting your statement saying you can't have the points because apparently you used your Nectar card instead of your Clubcard, when you know what you used!

Cash back not paid, after 2 years in dispute they say order returned or amended, however this was not the case. Beware when using this supplier, and don't rely on cash back from them.

Made the mistake of using them a second time. Major delivery problems wasted 3 days of my life (courier the main culprit, but no real help from the merchant). Goods OK when they finally got there - but no sign of cashback, just like the first time I used them. Note to self: attractive offers aren't much good if they never materialise.

Another dissatisfied customer - order January 2010, tracked OK on TCB, cashback due of around £18, chased repeatedly, citing their order number etc, finally told in March 2012 they were declining as they couldn't trace it. As other feedback indicates, clearly very unreliable wrt cashback.

No cashback given. Purchased Feb 2009, had tracked through tcb, been nudging issue ever since. Now had statement from tcb that Bedstar are not paying cashback claims. Protect your reputation tcb-remove these from your site!

Bought a bed for over £500 from Bedstar in January 2011. The bed was delivered fine, no problems. It is now June 2011, and no sign of any cashback despite submitting a manual claim and a couple of nudges. I suspect I will receive nothing. Reading the recent comments from others, I have to ask why Bedstar are still on this site if they don't appear to be paying for legitimate claims?

Delivery service was terrible and the bed frame in question was cheaper elsewhere. AVOID if you dont want to be waiting at home for 2+ days for delivery!

Awful. Placed order a month and a half in advance of delivery date, only to be told (by email, they didn't even have the decency to pick up the phone) that the bed had been discontinued the working day before delivery was due. I am still awaiting the promised refund some 15 days later and chase-up voicemails and emails went unanswered. Just got through to be told refund will be processed today. Also cashback never logged in the first instance. Other than that, I'm over the moon...

I bought a divan guest bed last week: what a terrible mistake!!! They promised me a next day delivery, but instead it took 5 days for the delivery. And then the bed was broken on one side and had scratches and bruises on the fabric. I call them immediately and after one week I am still waiting for a call from the supplier and a refund. Fortunately I have paid with PayPal and I am proceeding to have back my money. What a awful company!!!! Never ever again.

Please do not use this retailer. We have had to wait 7 weeks so far for our bed and mattress. We have constantly had to chase the company for estimated/actual delivery, We were told it would definately be with us today but no it isn't. Despite having a day off work, bedstar having our money for 7 weeks, and being told today it was still being delivered today we have finally had a delivery.....just the mattress!!!! Will never use again!!
