I ordered my new Kipling bag on Thursday 26th January at about 10pm and received at 9.40am on Monday 30th January. How is that for promptness! Easy to order online, I received an email from the Courier telling me what date they were delivering and they did just that. Full marks to them both.

This retailer is rubbish. First I waited two weeks for 3 suitcases to get delivered and now I'm still waiting (been over 8 weeks) for topcashback to track my purchase. My view is steer clear of this company as I don't think they will be actually give any cash back. I will update this comment if I get a positive result!!
