	Bought car insurance from Axa, my quotes from every Insurance Company went up, I used loads of comparision sites, Admiral Insurance were my previous insurer but wanted £150 more than I paid the year previous despite another years no-claims bonus and no claims. Tracked okay within a few days been pending for approx two weeks, just submitted a manual claim to see why its stuck on pending.

	Took out car insurance policy because of the cash back offer in January 2018. Cash back logged but no payout, still waiting and have sent 2 nudges to TCB WHO CLEARLY ARE DOING NOTHING!

	Axa's involvement with TCB has to be a scam - took out two car insurance policies, both of which were tracked through TCB and both still in place over a year later. Both payouts denied. TCB customer service wont do anything, and claims/tracked amounts have completely disappeared from my account - not even showing under the 'denied' tab. I cant believe TCB still allow this to happen. AVOID

	Got a quote, paid more to go through TCB, in 2016. Tracked but still waiting on payment despite numerous conversations with TCB and being told it was still being queried. Nearly two years later! AVOID...

	brought from this site in january 2017 its been 10 months it has been confirm for 4 months but still not reach payable tcb say they are waiting for payment batch to arrive this was 4 month ago im still waiting!!!!! wished i had seen reviews before purchase.

	Took out insurance in September last year, took about 6 months to get to confirmed but doubting it ever will get paid. Will not use them again in September

	Didnt pay out, despite confirming with the sales rep at Axa that it would go through as no lnk to purchase on their website, I had to call to buy the car insurance which has then not linked back to top cashback despite putting in the reference number which should also have notes from my conversation during purchasing. Not impressed as the only reason I chose Axa was due to the cashback offer at time. If they checked their records correctly my reference number should link to the top cashback page, but apparently they are refusing to budge.

	I only used these because of TCB, I already thought they didn't seem the most friendly... they weren't. Cashback declined. They are gaining business through this site but not respecting the customers they receive. Should be removed.

	Bought through top cash back but wasn't tracked so submitted claim and still waiting.... Purchased in August!! Advised by top cashback that it could take a further several months! Very poor service on both parts

	Bought car insurance policy last year now expired, logged that cashback didn't track and kept on nudging tcb since then. No reply from axa or tcb. Not impressed at all. This is what I get for paying more for same policy via tcb rather than direct. Stay clear of this cheat. * I think I will have better odds playing euro millions that to get cashback from axa.
