Purchased car insurance on 2 may 2010 expecting £70+ cash back, it did not track. Advised Topcash and after a nudge have on the 21 july been advised that pay out will be on 31 july10.

Purchased my car insurance via TCB in May, and despite 10 nudges and an email it still hasn't even tracked (although TCB picked up transaction for query screen). Very very porr service from Aviva - wouldn't have bought from them if I'd known as I'd factored in the £75 cashback (at the time) into the overall quotation price in comparison to other insurance companies (I know...not supposed to just in case this happens). Have learnt my mistake. Still hoping Aviva will do the honest and right thing though. Won'tr

Been 9 months now never tracked and after several nudges still waiting for response from aviva. I only took the policy out as it was chepest with the £70 cash back promised.Wont be getting my buisness on renewal this year!!!

I'm really disappointed as my £75 has not tracked after nearly 2 months with a claim raised and a series of nudges. I don't know if there's an element of 'passing the buck' here as the notes state that Topcashback issue the cash and not Aviva, yet my claim states that the issue is 'awaiting response from the retailer'. Very frustrating!

I only went with Avivia because the advertised £75 cash back rate made them the cheapest. This has been reduced to £45 for no apprarent reason - it seems to be a common problem according to comments posted by others - ansd of course they are not the best value. i feel completely ripped off

my account shows a confirmed cashback of £45 when £75 was the amount originally offered at the time of the policy purchase. Will this amount automatically be rectified?

Purchased motor insurance mid May. Cashback not showing as pending let alone payable. Nudges sent, but no response from Aviva as yet. Very disappointed in Aviva. Can't recommend them.

I have £45 cashback pending but thought the amount was £65 on the day I applied. Apart from this discrepancy I was please with the deal. Had to ring customer servives to check something which was obviously off-shore and the operator was quite hard to understand but hopefully I won't have a claim!

Just received payment of £75 cashback on policy taken out a little over 3 months ago. Tracked quickly. Thankfully went smoothly for me. Other Motor policy quotes came out about the same as Aviva, around £220, so a substantial saving to end up with it for under £150.

Didn't track and, one month later, no response from Aviva to my chase via TCB. I wouldnt bother to call Aviva about any problems as (a) their voice prompt system is a nightmare to manouevre and (b) all their call centres seem to be located in India and we all know what that means - if it's not on their script then they can't and won't help.

Bought car insurance at end of March, didn't track so submitted claim. TCB a little slow in forwarding to retailer, and there it got stuck. First nudged after a month, then with increasing frequency, until I got fed up and sent a message. Credit to TCB, resolved within a day of my message - tracked and paid! Thank you TCB for eventually sorting this out.
