	Paid within 2 days Cashback was smooth and seemless. Ordered on 1st and paid by 3rd. I see others have had problems but this could be because from Autoaids site they went to the sister site Autonational which just covers one vehicle and not the person which Autoaid does. Autoaid is slightly more expensive but with the cashback still comes in under Moneysavings Experts offer for the same cover. Just make sure you are ordering the Autoaid cover.

	No cashback Bought a road recovery policy expecting the £16 advertised cashback and followed all of the purchase process correctly . However my cashback has been refused by Autoaid without explanation. If I had known this at the outset I would not have gone ahead with the purchase .Gave a one star rating as there was not an option for no stars.

	Cash back paid 2 days after buying the cover This is the 3rd year i've used auto aid, i've broken down once in that time and they was fantastic.

	TC Cashback offer / link not what it seems Somewhat disengenious marketing offering Cashback via TC... the TC link sends you to AutoNational and that Vehicle (not person) policy does not pay out the £16 cashback... I for one would be unlikely to consider AutoAid again on that basis.

	Vehicle cover doesn’t qualify for cashback Be aware that if you click through the TC link and select Vehicle cover as opposed to Person cover, this then apparently sends you to ‘Autonational’ and this willl not be eligible for cashback. Not made clear in T&C’s

	Service is fine, don’t expect any cashback I’ve used Autoaid breakdown for a few years now, having to call them once when an unfortunate deer decided to go for a run in front of my car leaving me at the side of the road at 1am in the rain - no complaints with the service. I’ve bought new policies via TopCashback for the last 3 years and all of them have been declined. This year I made sure to use my desktop and a different browser but they always seem ‘unable’ to track the transaction.

	Superfast I had been signed up to auto renew with AutoAid (against my express instructions), so I let my breakdown cover expire and then applied 2 days later as a new customer. Bingo! I got £16.00 cashback and it arrived very promptly.
