Good products, great price and fast delivery but cashback poor. Transaction on 6th December 2014 moved to confirmed but still not payable as of May 4th 2015 which is 21 weeks! Tried to raise ticket with topcashback but it is bouncing me out and telling me to wait. Not good topcashback!

Didn't track. When claim lodged Austin Reed stated that site wasn't visited through topcashback which was incorrect.
I received a good service from topcashback in chasing the claim however was unsuccessful due to Austin Reeds incompetence.
I would not use Austin Reed again and expect cashback.

Very disappointing cashback service which I initially put down to having made a large order (£700+) followed by a return/exchange of several items. Net order of around £350 nevertheless. I made a claim which took almost 3 months to obtain a response. Sent a nudge and payment was promised. I was still waiting for the payment 2 weeks later so asked again. Finally informed that AR had refused the cashback payment almost 10 months after the initial purchase.

Fast tracking, but delivery is woefully slow. Only order if you don't really care how long it will take to get your (expensive) goods. Plan on two weeks and think yourself lucky if you get that.

5 months after purchasing via TCB, I've been told that TCB were not the 'last referrer'.
I'm quite annoyed as my expected cashback was almost £20 and I didn't go through any other site!

Cashback isn't tracking at all and I have a claim in with TCB. They also took in my opinion a long time to despatch my items. Purchased 17th July, received today 26th July so be aware of this in case you are in a hurry to receive something. Not sure I'd use again based on slack posting times and no cashback either.

I could not place an online order, as their complicated order process kept failing. I was forced to order by phone - no cashback, and only a restricted range of credit cards are accepted. I got a general impression of contempt for the customer.

Their customer service excelled on providing fabic swatches (unusual for a high street store) before I ordered, so I was more than happy to place it with them. Cashback tracked quickly, and amazingly was only marginally quicker than their delivery!

Have still not received (in January) cashback for a transaction I did in August. I did send part of the order back but still the cashback on what I kept totalled around £11, so that is quite frustrating. No response to the enquiry I have raised despite adding two 'nudges' in the past 3 months.
