Well I finally recieved the £60 for duel fuel. Complained on the TCB forum and it got paid within a few days.

As you will see not a single TCB user has received a SINGLE PENNY cashback from Atlantic. You will also see that Atlantic told one user they do not offer a cashback.
I think we can only conclude this is a fraudulent offer.
Has anyone had any cash back at all?
In my opinion there are more sensible ways to switch energy supplier than via Topcashback.

This is the response I got from Atlantic when I complained about cashback not being received after 8 months: "I have checked on your account and have spoken with our welcomeline team and our registration department and they have told me that this would be a 3rd party issue as you took this offer up via the cashback site of topcashback.Co.Uk. We have no offer like this with the internet sign ons so you do need to go back to them and enquiry why they have not given you your cashback".

Was advertised at £60 cashback for dual fuel. Tracked at £30 for months. Now it is showing as nil payable. Not happy.

Went for duel fuel with Atlantic/SSE £60, only tracked @ £30 for I think the electric. Have put a claim in but not sure yet if the gas is going over.
