I signed up and did an online shopping but it tracked at 0.00 instead of the £5.00 i should have got. Plus paid £4.00 for delivery so i'm out of pocket.

Done a grocery and purchase sign up bought £50 odd worth of shopping tracked as £0 cashback??? had to put in a claim but I must admit it seems unlikely that i will get the £5 advertised and they took £3.50 for delivery! I quite like asda too but online I think I'll stay away from now on .

Tracked quickly but at the wrong rate. Should have tracked at 5% for Contact Lenses but only tracked at 2.5%!

Ministry of Sound HiFi- bought one of these originally for our daughter at a much higher price, when it was on with Asda for such a good price we bought one for ourselves, and then one for my parents! Very pleased with it for the price!

Signed up for online grocery shopping for the £5 cashback, last year.
Raised an enquiry & Top cCshback chased for some months- thank you. Asda then refused to recognise the transaction & I did not get the £5!
So Asda = very poor service!
