The delivery was the problem, when the delivery arrived I asked for it to be taken into my kitchen, one delivery person said no he couldnt take it into the house because he wasnt insured! The other person said ok, no problem! I dont think there is any point in having it delivered if it cant be taken into the house, but left at the front door!
All goods requested were present and of good quality!

I have made 3 purchases with this company to date and my experience has been good. However, only 2 purchases have been tracked and when I try to submit a missing claims form I keep stalling at the amount as there is nowhere to put it. Can someone from Topcashback advise on how it is done?

The clothes I purchased were of a much higher quality than I expected for the price. I collected from store. My only criticism would be that they were packed very tightly into a small parcel. Cashback tracked fine. Would definitely purchase from here again.

Cashback was fine, tracked quickly which is amazing for Asda, who dont always report or give cashback in my experience...
BUT I would seriously think again if you are organising to pick up your purchase in store, it seemed it would have been far quicker and easier to have gone to the shelf, pick it up myself and chance it being out of stock, it was a shambles! Nobody seemed to know about the idea of picking up stuff even though its not a new thing, I was expected to sign the docket saying I had received the stuff before the lad had even fetched it from where ever its stored, it took nearly 25 mins just to do that!

Awful for cashback!!
Bought 3 Canvas's online, they did come pretty quickly & were good quality.
Unfortunately the cashback was NOT honoured. On what we bought the cashback would of been approx £7.50. After a week of still no sign of the cashback on our account I contacted Topcashback only to be told that they cannot submit claims to ASDA? Why not?? Just got told that there was nothing more they could do to help me. Bit of a swizz.
