Very very bad service and flowers!!! Simply unbelievable. It was the second time when my boyfriend ordered the flowers to my office building in the city centre. On the day of delivery, 13th June he got the message that the flowers were delivered but I didnt receive them in my office and when he wrote to the support he was told the flowers were left outside of the building next to the door, the building full of different offices where lots of people walk by! When I went there to check there was, of course, nothing. After this situation my bf asked them to delete all his data from the system and never contact him anymore. On the next day, 14th June the support finally got in touch with the courier!who advised the support that the order was not delivered and this was an error! In turn my bf asked again for his data to be deleted from their system and for the money back because instead of making us happy they have created this mess. And today, 19th June (what you think?) I got the flowers! But they are old and ugly already and falling apart, how one can still send it?

Shocking company. Ordered flowers to be delivered 8 March and received dispatch notification on 7 March. By 11 March I called as flowers never arrived, to be told that the flowers had never been sent because they were out of stock and the the dispatch notification was automated. I had been calling my mum every day to see if the flowers had been delivered and couldn't believe they'd never been sent! At no point was I told that the flowers were out of stock. If I hadn't called to check, Appleyard would have been happy just to charge me for flowers which were never sent. Very dishonest. The person on the phone pushed me to agree to accept a different bouquet "at the next available delivery date" (i.e. long after Mother's Day) and only very grudging offered a refund. Totally unreliable and dishonest company. Avoid!!

Their website does not work properly. After 2.5 days of back and forth with their support team I get asked to try again after 1 hour. Finally the flowers I wanted are no longer in stock (apparently) yet they let me waste hours upon hours of my time and theirs. Worst flower buying experience I have ever had. Avoid.

Appalling; purchase was made at Easter 2017 and it's now September and still no cashback paid, each time I check the period is extended, currently says 23 weeks yet it has a Faster Paying logo next to its name which I thought meant they paid quickly but according to TopCashback it doesn't! My Mum said the flowers were ok. Wish I'd used my local florist. Would never use again and would not recommend. Also makes me doubt TopCashback as the Faster Paying logo is misleading - if the merchant isn't a faster paying one then why are they allowed the logo?

Absolutely terrible service and product, flowers i ordered didn't get delivered then when they did deliver 2 days late they were wilted and half my original order was missing, the customer service told my mum to peel the outer layers from the flowers, to make them look better! what a joke, worst company i've used for flower delivery in my life and rude customer service

Awful service. Paid extra for specific date delivery and extra large bunch. First, they never arrived on date. At first they weren’t going to refund delivery. Had to argue my case. Second, the upgrade to size was nothing like what I paid for. Would never use again. AVOID!

I ordered flowers for mothers day, as I couldn't be there and wanted to surprise my mum. They arrived in a lovely looking package, with a matching jug to display them in. upon opening the box to a half dead or dying bunch of flowers which ruined the whole surprise. Thanks for that Appleyard Flowers London. Next time I definitely won't bother.

Although this transaction tracked straight away, and I am still awaiting cashback to complete, I would bother purchasing from this retailer, as I order flowers for mothersday, which were packagedreally nice but, that was overshadowed by the dead flowers inside!

Avoid Like the Plague! Flowers delivered after 9 o'clock in the evening, nearly all of them brown and wilted after only two days. Submitted a complaint by on-line contact form and by email, Appleyard haven't bothered to reply to either in over a week...
