The flowers did not arrive and I had to get in touch to query this. They eventually sent out the flowers, but the whole point was for them to be there for my mother's arrival...which they weren't.

The flowers they sell are great quality. The cost is also one of the cheapest of all flower delivery services. Cashback is given reliably and quickly, but be careful not to use the discount codes that they send you by email as then you won't get cashback as well.

Awful service. Paid extra for specific date delivery and extra large bunch. First, they never arrived on date. At first they weren’t going to refund delivery. Had to argue my case. Second, the upgrade to size was nothing like what I paid for. Would never use again. AVOID!
