I bought Fireworks CS4 from Adobe - not cheap but a good product. I was disappointed to find afterwards that my purchase hadn't been registered with TopCashBack - but I gave it a week or so before complaining (as per guidelines). After this time, I submitted a query to TopCashBack and within the week they confirmed that I had indeed visited Adobe and made the purchase. It was then left to Adobe to agree that this had happened (which took about 3 months) before I got my cash back. But I did get it! 10%
