Took out a substantial AA breakdown cover policy two/three months ago. Been waiting for my cash back since then, the estimated time was OCTOBER! However, since then it has updated to say it has been declined by the retailer. I'm furious, I could have got a better offer elsewhere. Obviously I've lodged a support ticket but this they say could take "a few months" - won't be using TCB again. Really disappointed.

CASHBACK FAILED and helpdesk were not able to help. I am a regular user of Topcashback and always follow the correct process, clearing cookies and purchasing within new browser session etc.sion etc. Despite investiogation AA refused to acknowledge my claim and no reason given other than generic blame passing to me.

Hey, I can see this transaction was accredited to another referrer and this likely means they have been paid instead of us. While I understand the news is disappointing we can’t force the merchant to work in our favour if we shouldn’t be paid for the transaction. Clearing cookies and cache before logging in and disabling ad blocker can reduce the chance of a claim being declined by this reason. Best wishes, TopCashback Support

Transaction tracks ok, then reverts to Zero, customer care says they have declined as the TopCashback network has not identified. I wouldnt recommend this as reliable cashback

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER BE WARNED!!! I consider myself an experienced cashback claimer with TopCashback being my preferred site. I've had many successful cashback claims through them, but my AA Car Insurance claim was not one of them. I bought car insurance from them in May 2015 and my visit tracked successfully and appeared to proceed normally just like other previously successful cashback purchases I've made using TopCashBack. My insurance policy was active and has not been cancelled. I was expecting £27.30 cashback. However around August time payment was declined by the merchant. After then lodging a claim with TopCashBack I got a reply about 7 weeks later saying that "... your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction." So, prospective customer, you may find like me you are disappointed when AA Car Insurance comes up with a vague, difficult to believe excuse that I have no power to counter and refuses to make payment.

Cashback has been sitting there as pending for 11 months. Now that my car insurance is due for renewal it has disapeared without any explaination. Will not use again.

Took car insurance out with AA on August 2014, keeping in line with their T&C's on claiming cashback. Stuck on 'pending' until July 2015 and then declined. Will not be renewing.

If I could leave no stars with a review I would. Absolutely appalling service from the AA. Took nearly a year to get the cashback with 20+ tickets. Avoid.

Also now disappointed to note that the reviews have vanished from being easily seen under their farcical claimed 'faster payers' badge. They are very prominent on other insurance company offers pages why not the AA? Wouldn't have anything to do with all the negative comments would it?

Still no cashback (5/12/14) and they're supposed to be faster payers!! Got 2 different policy numbers too, haven't replied to my emails yet but I do get invited to enter plenty of crappy competitions, so nice to know the priorities are covered. Won't be renewing!

Taken two policies out with the AA over trhe last few years and both times the cashback has tracked fine but the AA has declined to pay, even after raising a dispute. All terms of the cashback were met and policies were not cancelled . Dissapponted with the AA.

Took out a policy with the AA in April 14 which linked from TCB. At the same time, I took out another policy with another insurer using TCB for my partner's car. It's now Feb 15 and my cashback for the AA got declined in January. I have disputed this, but am informed it could take months to see a conclusion to this dispute. Meanwhile, the other policy came to fruition months ago and was a far higher cashback. It's the first time I've used TCB and the AA and I don't think I'll use them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Took out a m/v policy 3 march 2014 says est payable 26 weeks, now 15 dec 2014 cashback stuck at pending still waiting for any sign of it being confirmed. To add insult to injury it say's (FASTER PAYING) when you go to the AA page. Tried to raise a support ticket with top cashback to find out what is going on can't even do that it just puts up a list of FAQ's. What an absolute disgrace. Why advertise cahback when it seems they have no intention of paying it.

Don't expect to get anything from this company. I took out a policy with them last November but still no sign of any cashback. I put in a claim and have sent nudges but don't hold out much hope anymore. They just want to lure you in and hope you'll forget to cancel their autorenewal and continuous authority which they set up on your credit card. From reading all the other reviews on here, I think TCB should remove the AA from their list as they're not honouring their promises.

Purchased car insurance back on 28 Feb 2014 and still shows as pending. It now shows estimate payout for AA Car Insurance is 26 weeks. It was definitely not 26 weeks when I purchased insurance. Looking at all the most recent feedback provided by others can see that a lot of folk never got their cashback, good way to treat your customers AA. Think Topcashback should possibly look at removing AA Car Insurance off the site. AA will not be getting my £ for renewing car insurance and breakdown cover now.

Purchased insurance with this merchant on 1st July 2013. Cash back tracked immediately - but has not been paid. A support ticket was raised in March 2014 - and topcashback have continually been unable to provide any assurance or timeline for the cashback to be paid. While this is my only bad experience with topcashback, I'm very disappointed with their inability to resolve this with The AA.

Took out a policy on 3rd June 2012 and the cashback tracked but STILL awaiting payment now in 2014 which is disappointing to say the least. Raised a support ticket but have had nothing but failed promises about they are waiting for the payment to be received and as soon as it's received I will be paid! Well done AA you've now lost a customer!

Cashback tracked quick enough but waited and waited for it pay out and for no reason all of a sudden after 5 months of waiting it just disappeared. I dont understand why, I was a new customer, paid and kept my insurance, no chance of putting a claim in as is now well over 100 days ago, so very disappointed.

Hi,I took out insurance with the AA 12 months ago, Tracked OK then failed at the 3 month band. After 12 posts/ nudges to top cash back I am NOT hope full of getting the cash. Policy got 20 days to expiry I just hope that I do not have an accident as I just do NOT want to have the same terrible experience to sort a claim with them. The 4 emergency service- a JOKE.

I wish I had read the reviews before taking out insurance with the AA last year. Cash back tracked and was expecting it to be paid out but then it suddenly appeared as zero. Have had to send several nudges and messages to tcb but still no valid reason as to why no payment. Also another family member took insurance with AA at around same time and exactly the same thing happened tracked, became payable but then changed to zero. Will not be using the AA again other insurance companies have paid cash back no problem.
