Dropped car off at heathrow with no problem. On our return I phoned as instructed and he could not find our booking. Eventually he found it through the number plate and blamed other people including us because of the clocks changing which was not true . He said there would be a slight delay of 30minutes, 40 minutes later he phoned saying he would be outside in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later he turned up giving us directions to where he was. The instructions were useless as he did not know right from left and had a problem understanding English. My partner put the bags in the boot without his help while I started to check the car, before we had finished doing this the guy had disappeared without checking the car over or signing anything to say it was ok which is what I have always had to do. We got to Warwick services and filled with petrol and I noticed to big chips on the car over the wheel arch which defiantly were not there before as I had had the car valeted before the holiday. I phoned to get the same man who denied knowledge of it and said it must have been the person who picked the car up. He said it was my fault for not checking the car at heathrow but he had gone before we could. He told me to write to customer services with pictures which I did, guess what no response. It was early sunday morning when we picked the car up, i strongly believe that this man had probably been out on Saturday night and was still intoxicated and lost my booking because alcohol messes with the brain, he also drove my car using a mobile phone which is also illegal without a Bluetooth and kerbed it. He then panicked and disappeared before taking responsibility. Please don't use these people as they are very bad people who could have killed some one driving illegally.

Four months in and no cashback and not even a response by A2B to TopCashBack when I raised a query. Also booked Gatwick South when Gatwick North was full. All in all, not recommended, especially with so many other airport parking companies listed here.
